Here’s How We Start
You reach out to us, and we get a virtual consultation call scheduled so that we can hear more about what made you realize this was the person you wanted to spend your life with.
Next comes the logistics — once we get a date lined up, you’ll be able to sign the contract, pay the deposit, and we’ll get you on the books.
We’ll check in about two months before the wedding to start hyping you up for your big day. We’ll go over any requests you have, and we’ll get in touch with your DJ, coordinator, and photographer.
Come the big day, we let the cameras roll, and mic your key players so that we can capture all the unscripted gems that we promise you’ll want to remember for years to come.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
We’ll be honest: not every couple is a Carlos C Media couple. As much as I want to work with everyone we are different. We are looking to work with couples that Have a huge heart, love loud, getting down, and having a good time. People who are brave enough to be vulnerable, and willing to share their journey together. We’re passionate about the organic moments, rather than polished perfection. Sound like you? Dope.

Do you travel?
Most of our weddings are Chicago-based — the main areas we serve are Chicago, surrounding suburbs, Wisconsin and indiana. But we're happy to travel wherever the story takes us.

When can we expect our film?
We cook our films with love. You can expect to receive the full-length film in about six months after your big day.

What if you film things that I don’t want in the video?
It’s Your Wedding Film! you get 48 Hours and up to 2 free revisions to make sure this film is perfect!

Do you also take photos?
No! I specialize in video but I have a network of amazing photographers and we can create a package that fits your budget.
